Landmark East is a not-for-profit company developing unused and derelict property to provide high quality office accommodation for community, voluntary and social economy organisations. It is owned by East Belfast Partnership, a charitable urban regeneration agency, who established the company, with support from the Belfast Regeneration Office, to make a practical physical contribution to urban regeneration and to develop an asset base for further regeneration in the future. Our staff Chief Executive: Maurice Kinkead. Until recently Maurice was chief executive of our parent company, East Belfast Partnership, and has held a number of senior management jobs in the not-for-profit sector over the past 25 years. Company Accountant: Tony Wilson. Tony has been company accountant for the East Belfast Partnership, Landmark East and Avec Solutions for the past four years, and has a wide range of experience of finance and property management in the not-for-profit and social economy sectors. ICT Manager: Geoffrey Ready. Geoffrey has been the social economy manager of East Belfast Partnership for the past two years and is also a managing consultant (ICT) with Avec Solutions. He has a wealth of experience in the specification, design and implementation of ICT systems. Administrator: Kerry Moreland. Kerry is a customer care specialist with administrative experience in the voluntary and private sector, and within Landmark East plays a key role in the implementation of management systems.
