Thinking of establishing your own version of Landmark East?
We can offer a one day package (at a very reasonable set fee) with our
chief executive and accountant, giving a full account of how the
company was formed, how it is managed, and how and from whom it has
received funding. Included in this package is full documentation,
including memorandum and articles of association, accounts, business
plan, and, if requested, copies of funding applications. If required we
can also continue to work with you on a per day basis.
Planning to develop your own property?
For various reasons many organisations prefer to own their property,
and are in a position to do so. We can work with you on a
consultancy basis, for example in putting together a funding package
and/or a business plan, right up to the appointment of the architect /
profession team who will then take on the formal project management.
